Tokyo Long-stay Luxury Hotels Win Booking.com Awards

Luxury residential property developer Lead Real Estate, Co., Ltd. (LRE) announced on February 14 that its Ent Terrace Asakusa (right) and Akihabara (left) extended-stay hotels have received Booking.com’s 13th Annual Traveler Review Awards 2025.

The awards are presented to establishments that guests rate as having provided “outstanding service” throughout the year and are based on more than 360 million reviews.

“We are honored to receive this prestigious award from one of the world’s leading digital travel companies,” said LRE chief executive Eiji Nagahara in a press release. “As always, we will continue to place the utmost importance on providing sincere and luxurious hospitality for the satisfaction of our guests.”

LRE is a Japanese developer of luxury residential properties, including single-family homes and condominiums, across Tokyo, Kanagawa and Sapporo prefectures, and operates hotels in Tokyo and leases apartment building units in Japan and Dallas, Texas.

Hilton’s Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts signed a deal to manage the first Waldorf Astoria in Japan with developer Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.
