Luxury property brand La Tour is on schedule to finish constructing its latest mixed-use rental property, in Yokohama. Sumitomo Realty & Development offers rental residences under their La Tour upscale brand in Shinjuku at Central Park Tower La Tour, La Tour Grand and La Tour Shinjuku Garden. In Daikanyama, La Tour enables you to enjoy a high-quality lifestyle, enhanced by the refinement and warmth of the location.

Port City

The bayfront south of Tokyo finds peace in the Yokohama sky, which is enhanced by the harbor and its Pacific Ocean. At Rinko Park, spanning about 1,430 sq. meters, you find a quiet luxury. The adjacent Osanbashi Pier, nearly as expansive, is where ocean liners make port calls.

Part of the Plan

Hilton’s luxury brand, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, is making its debut in Yokohama, spanning the first 16 floors of the La Tour Yokohama project. There will be 272 guest rooms, along with dining facilities, an indoor pool, a wedding chapel and a ballroom. The residential leasing units of the La Tour Yokohama are from floors 18 to 40, with balcony-less designs providing direct sky views from near the ceiling to the floor.

The 18th level will consist of a sky lobby with a double-height atrium. The party room and fitness center will be located here as well. The concierge service will be bilingual and 24-hour, along with valet services. 

Construction began on April 30, 2023, and is aimed to be completed on November 30, 2026.
