Two of Tokyo’s most coveted residences—each said to exemplify Japanese luxury living at the highest level—are headed to auction, with proceeds going to fund homes for families in need via the Concierge Auctions Key For Key® initiative to provide “safe, stable housing and foster meaningful, lasting change in underserved communities.”
Proud Tower Shibuya 2601—listed for $6.5 million—and Mita Garden Hills PM #302—listed for $11.3 million—will be offered separately in cooperation with Ton Ton Forbes Global Properties’ Yusei Komatsu. As part of the firm’s “Exceptional Global Properties,” according to EIN Presswire, the residences will gavel live from The Upper House in Hong Kong on September 18.
